Five airports in Germany that have an international transit zone that enables travelers to transit without entering the Schengen area: -Frankfurt International Airport (FRA); -Munich International Airport (MUC); -Berlin Airport (BER) may transit between 06:00 to 23:00 only; -Hamburg Airport (HAM) may transit between 04:30 to 23:30 only; -Dusseldorf Airport (DUS) may only transit between 06:00 and 21:00 if the carrier has arranged transit facilities with the Federal Police beforehand. Travelers should contact their airline to check if transit is permitted through the airport listed on their itinerary.
