    International travelers don’t need a visa to transit through Nigeria if staying in the airport is less than 48 hours.

    • International travelers who want to enter Nigeria for a maximum of 7 days before proceeding to the onward journey must have a transit visa. All international travelers in transit must have an onward ticket. Visit the government website to check other entry requirements.
