What Is the Japan Health Declaration?

The Japan Health Declaration is the online health and customs pre-registration travellers use before arrival via the official Visit Japan Web platform. Introduced as part of Japan’s digital traveller services and unified 2D code system, Visit Japan Web replaced multiple separate arrival and customs apps and paper forms to speed up processing at immigration and customs counters.

You complete the declaration on the Visit Japan Web portal (services.digital.go.jp/visit-japan-web) or via authorised providers like DoVisa for guided completion.
