Mandatory immigration form before travel
All travelers, including children, are required to complete the Sint Maarten Embarkation Disembarkation Card (ED) online before travel. This applies to all travelers visiting, transiting, or residing in Sint Maarten, as well as overnighting crew. The online form is currently in a testing phase. If it is unavailable, travelers who are unable to complete it online may still fill out a paper version upon arrival.

Travelers must have sufficient funds between USD 100 and 200 to enter Sint Maarten. Travelers staying in a hotel must have sufficient funds between USD 150 and 200 per person per day, and travelers staying with family must have sufficient funds of 100 USD per person per day.
