Mandatory travel declaration before exiting Nigeria
All travelers exiting Nigeria must complete a travel declaration (exit card) to pre-process their departure by providing travel and passport details. Travelers must complete this form online. Exit cards are processed instantly, and travelers will receive a QR code and email upon completion. Travelers are also required to complete an arrival card (landing card) when entering Nigeria.
- This requirement does not apply to: -Nigerian passport holders.

Mandatory health declaration before entering Nigeria
All travelers entering Nigeria must complete the Nigeria Health Declaration Form to provide their health and travel details. Travelers can complete the form online before departure. Travelers who don't complete the form online will be provided with a paper version upon arrival in Nigeria. After submission, travelers receive a copy of the completed form by email and can also download it directly.
