Travelers must complete the form within 72 hours before arrival in Laos. Travelers unable to complete the form online can complete a paper form upon arrival.

    • This requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers: -Laos nationals; -Foreign permanent residents; -Travelers arriving or departing Laos through other ports of entry; -Thailand nationals with a valid Border Pass instead of a passport.
