What Is the Saint Kitts and Nevis ETA?
The Saint Kitts and Nevis ETA is an electronic travel authorization introduced in 2025 as part of the Federation’s new Electronic Border Management System. The ETA replaced the previous paper-only arrival procedures and pre-registration methods for many visitors and is required for most foreign nationals before they travel to Saint Kitts and Nevis. The system is administered via the official eBorder portal and the St Kitts and Nevis e-Border mobile app to improve pre-arrival screening and speed up immigration clearance on arrival.
Applicants complete a secure online application at the official portal (www.knatravelform.kn) or through DoVisa for guided completion. You will be asked for biographic details, passport information, travel itinerary and accommodation. After approval you receive an electronic authorization linked to your passport — save the confirmation email and QR code to present to your airline at check-in and to immigration officers on arrival.
The ETA is an entry authorization that must be obtained before departure and does not replace immigration entry requirements such as a valid passport, onward/return ticket, or evidence of accommodation and funds. The Saint Kitts and Nevis ETA streamlines arrival but does not guarantee admission; final entry remains at the discretion of immigration officers at the port of entry.
For full country entry rules see Saint Kitts and Nevis visa information and the official portal at www.knatravelform.kn. When you're ready, Apply for your Saint Kitts and Nevis ETA now.
