What Is the Honduras Traveler Declaration?
The Honduras Traveler Declaration is the official pre-arrival customs and immigration declaration managed by Honduras Customs (SISTEMA SISGLOBAL / PECH). The online form collects passport details, flight and accommodation information, and a short customs declaration so immigration and customs can process arrivals more quickly. The digital process replaced paper arrival/departure forms and paper customs slips that were previously distributed at arrival counters — paper copies are no longer accepted in many ports.
Apply through the official PECH portal at sisglobal.aduanas.gob.hn or use DoVisa for guided completion, photo checks, and expert review. After approval you receive an email confirmation with a QR code to present to immigration and customs officers; airlines may also verify your confirmation at check-in.
The declaration is a required administrative clearance step and is separate from any visa you may need. It facilitates faster processing at Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula and other entry points but does not itself grant a long-term immigration status. Use the PECH platform to correct minor errors before travel; the QR/email confirmation is the document immigration scans on arrival.
For full entry rules see Honduras visa information and the official PECH portal at sisglobal.aduanas.gob.hn. When you're ready, Apply now with DoVisa for guided support and faster processing.
