Mandatory Digital Arrival Card
Travelers must complete a digital arrival card within 7 days before arrival in Taiwan. Once complete, travelers receive an email confirmation, which may be requested by immigration upon arrival.
- This requirement does not apply to: -Travelers holding a Resident Visa, Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), or a Diplomatic ID Card issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan; -Travelers from Mainland Area, except those holder of a Multiple Entry & Exit Permit for tourism; -Travelers from Hong Kong and Macau, except those holder of a Multiple Entry & Exit Permit.

Travelers need a valid passport to enter Taiwan. The traveler's passport must remain valid for at least 6 months after the traveler arrives in Taiwan. The passport must have at least 1 blank page.
