What Singapore may ask for

Not every traveller is asked for all of these. A valid passport is checked every time; the rest is a spot check at the border, and some items belong to a visa application rather than the crossing itself.

    Travelers must complete a Digital Arrival Card online before arrival in Singapore. Travelers must complete the form within 3 days of arrival. All information must be in English.

    Travelers need a visa to transit through Singapore. Travelers must obtain a paper or embassy visa from an embassy, consulate or visa center before traveling.

    • The airport transit visa requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers who transit through Singapore for a maximum of 96 hours; -Holders of onward or return tickets from Singapore; -Holders of a valid visa issued by Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States; -Holders of a long-term pass with a validity of at least 1 month from the entry into Singapore under the Visa Free Transit Facility issued by Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.
