Travelers under 16 entering Rwanda must be accompanied by a parent or authorized adult. Travelers under 16 traveling alone must carry written parental consent approved by a competent authority. When a child travels under the responsibility of a transport company, the company assumes full responsibility for the child's travel. Contact your airline, as they may have additional requirements for minors beyond standard rules.
