    Additional requirements apply to travelers under the age of 18 visiting Namibia: For accompanied minors, travelers must provide: -A full, unabridged birth certificate and passport; -An adult traveling with a child who is not the child's parent or guardian must carry an affidavit from the child's parent or guardian authorizing the travel; -Copies of the parents' or guardians' identity documents or passports and their contact information; -If a child travels with only one parent or guardian, an affidavit from the absent parent or guardian giving permission; -Where applicable, a death certificate of a deceased parent or guardian listed on the birth certificate. For unaccompanied minors, travelers must provide: -A consent affidavit from the parent or guardian; -A letter from the person receiving the child, including their address and contact details; -A copy of the receiving person's identity document or valid passport, and a visa or permanent residence permit; -Contact information for the child's parent or guardian.
