Midtown Park Residences by Proper has launched a limited Penthouse Collection, marking the brand's first residential tower in Miami and offering bespoke, multi-level luxury homes.
Summary: Midtown Park Residences by Proper has revealed a limited Penthouse Collection atop its 28‑storey tower in Midtown Miami — the brand’s first residential project in the city — offering duplex and triplex homes sized roughly 2,486–5,000 sq ft with hospitality‑led interiors and bespoke upgrade options.
Midtown Park Residences by Proper has introduced a restricted Penthouse Collection that crowns the development’s 28‑storey residential tower in Midtown Miami. The launch represents the first Proper‑branded residence in the city and forms part of a wider, $2 billion, five‑acre mixed‑use Midtown Park district designed to link Midtown, Wynwood and the Design District through parks, pedestrian routes, retail, dining and office space.
Project overview and design team
Rosso Development, Midtown Development and Proper Hospitality developed the tower, which was designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by New York studio Meyer Davis. The building is the initial residential element within the Midtown Park master plan, a multi‑use district that includes landscaped parks, pedestrian paseos, curated retail and dining, boutique office space and leisure facilities such as a racquet and padel club operated by ULTRA Padel.
Penthouse Collection: layouts and features
The Penthouse Collection includes a select number of duplex and triplex residences that deliver full 360‑degree views of Miami and Biscayne Bay. Units span approximately 2,486 to 5,000 square feet and offer three‑ to five‑bedroom floorplans with additional den spaces. Interior volumes reach ceiling heights up to 24 feet and many homes include private rooftop terraces fitted with gardens, plunge pools and summer kitchens.

Materials, bespoke options and partners
Each penthouse is delivered with Meyer Davis interior schemes and buyers can opt for further customisation through Miami‑based stone atelier TEYO. TEYO’s optional upgrades include custom stone kitchen islands, tailored millwork and premium finishes assembled from materials such as Roman travertine and Italian Verde Alpi marble, integrated alongside bespoke cabinetry and Sub‑Zero and Wolf appliances.
Collaborating with Meyer Davis on Midtown Park has been exceptionally rewarding,

Bathrooms and finish details
Primary bathrooms can be specified with glass‑enclosed double showers, carved stone soaking tubs, floating stone vanities and Hansgrohe brass fixtures, reflecting a material‑first, bespoke approach to fit‑out that TEYO says is conceived as 'a bespoke composition rather than a template.'
Working closely with their team, we were able to translate their clear design vision into highly tailored, material-led spaces. Each kitchen and bathroom is conceived as a bespoke composition rather than a template, allowing us to showcase the full depth of our craftsmanship while creating environments that feel architectural, personal, and enduring.
Resident amenities and location
Residents will have access to more than 40,000 square feet of private amenities. Offerings include a tropical pool deck with a signature restaurant and bar, wellness and fitness facilities, co‑working lounges and cultural programming coordinated by Proper Hospitality’s concierge services. The tower is located at 3055 North Miami Avenue within the Midtown Park district.
- Over 40,000 sq ft of private amenities
- Tropical pool deck and signature restaurant/bar
- Wellness, fitness and co‑working spaces
- Cultural programming and concierge services
- Direct access to curated retail, parks and ULTRA Padel club
From the earliest stages of conceiving Midtown Park, our goal was to create a sense of sanctuary that remains in constant dialogue with the city.
Why this matters: the project highlights the continued demand for branded, hospitality‑led residences in Miami and demonstrates how developers are fusing residential living with hotel‑style services and curated neighbourhood amenities. For buyers and investors, the Proper‑branded tower offers a product positioned at the intersection of luxury design, bespoke finishes and lifestyle programming — characteristics that remain in high demand across South Florida’s upscale housing market.
